My name is Nancy Hill. I became interested in massage after personal experience. After a neck injury forced me to choose between surgery and a more natural approach to healing, I became interested in practicing massage therapy. After over a year in physical therapy, which my doctor provided while I was also receiving massage, my pain and symptoms were managed well enough not to have to go through with surgery.
Many of life's activities can cause aches, pains, and stress in the joints. Athletes, those who are physically active, and those who have sustained injuries can all be helped thru increased joint mobility. In my practice, I use a variety of modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial, swedish massage etc and blend to develop a custom massage tailored to each individuals needs.
